Portrush Airshow

and Royal British Legion Remembrance Service

Fortuitous that the first decent weekend weather for months should coincide with our north coast event, though conditions in England grounded many aircraft due to attend. The Red Arrows got across, opening the show on Saturday morning and closing it on Sunday evening. Prior to their 17.00 appearance, the parade formed up on the beach for the Remembrance service, concluded by the Antonov poppy drop and two minute silence.
