Allied Air Forces Monument Service

Photos of the Allied Air Forces Monument Service held on Plymouth Hoe on Sunday 27th June 2004. This service is an annual event to honour the 107,000 members of the Royal Air Force, 84,000 members of the USAAF, 42,200 members of the Soviet Air Force and many other airmen and women who gave their lives for freedom. The ROCA wreath was laid by Hon Vice Chairman Joyce Shrubbs. Also present was Hon Vice President Hilary Daniel and National Archivist Edwina Holden as well as many members of 10 Group ROCA.
