Lawrence Holmes, Chairman of the Truro Branch ROCA at the side of the new access road sign at the site of the former No 11 Group HQ in Truro, Cornwall. The Group Control was demolished in 2002 and 19 new houses were built on the site. Some of the houses can be seen in the background. The Truro Branch persuaded the Local Authority to name the access road 'Observer Close' to reflect the ROC occupation of the site from 1963 to 1995
